How it works

1. Email us at support@wunimo.com within 30 days of receiving your order and tell us which item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll send you simple return instructions.
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you in full to your original payment method.

Items should be returned unworn and in their original condition.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. Once your return arrives, we refund the full price you paid for the item(s). There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or faulty items

Contact us with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
